EnviroLube is an environmental lubrication system
comprised of manufactured fiberglass modules specifically
designed for drive-through lubrication service pits
in heavy-duty and passenger car service facilities.
Environmentally friendly, the unique patented design
helps prevent oil, grease, and other contaminants
from leaking into the soil. EnviroLube’s service
bays and crossovers are pre-designed with a built-in
grade to help spilled fluids flow to a sump, which
in turn are automatically pumped to a remote waste
oil tank. Additionally, operators stand and walk on
non-slip fiberglass grated walkways that are raised
off the deck and above any spilled fluids.
Designed and manufactured with cost-savings in mind,
EnviroLube substantially reduces construction time
from up to 40 days for conventional concrete pits
to just under seven days. The rapid installation time
saves valuable construction costs and allows the service
facility to begin operation much sooner. Moreover,
lubrication hoses, electrical lines, lighting, and
all other components are pre-installed in the modules
at the factory where systems are pre-checked for quality
and integrity.
Finally, engineered to be hydrostatically stable,
each EnviroLube installation is resistant to high
water tables. This helps ensure that no water will
seep into the unit from the sides or below and that
the entire system, encased in concrete, is firmly
anchored to prevent the possibility of ‘float’.
